Put your leftover holiday ham to good use! These savory hand pies come together in a snap thanks to store bought dough. Ham, cheese, dijon mustard, spinach and cranberry sauce melt into the perfect savory stuffing. Topped with poppy seeds for an elevated touch. Paired with Coca-Cola Classic will make for the merriest of movie nights.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
9 slices ham, quartered
9 slices swiss cheese, quartered
½ cup spinach, cooked and drained
9 tablespoons cranberry sauce
2 puff pastry dough sheets
1 egg
1 tablespoon
water poppy seeds for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cook spinach until just wilted and drain. Lay out on a kitchen towel until ready to use.
While keeping the square shape, roll out puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into nine 3x3 inch squares.
Layer a square with mustard, 4 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of cheese, spinach, and 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
Using a bit of water, wet the edges of the pastry. Place another puff pastry square on top. Using a fork press and seal the edges. Using a knife, pierce a small slit into the puff pastry for ventilation. Whisk together egg and water, then brush pastry with egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Repeat with the rest.
Bake for 15-17 minutes until the puff pastry is golden. Serve warm with a cold bottle of Coca-Cola Classic.
