Go tropical this holiday season with Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar layered with Bacardi® White Rum and coconut puree. Garnished with a toasted coconut rim and pineapple in a chilled rocks glass.
INGREDIENTS
2 fl oz Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar
1 ½ fl oz Bacardi® White Rum
1 fl oz Real® Coconut Puree
¼ fl oz lemon juice (fresh)
1 pineapple wedge (fresh)
shredded & toasted coconut for rim
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine rum, coconut puree, and lemon juice into a into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice.
2. Shake until chilled, then pour into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice (add coconut to rim first if you like).
3. Top with Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar.
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
