How long will My Coke Rewards run?
The current phase of the program ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2013, and you can enter codes up through 11:59 p.m. ET November 30, 2013. We started this up back in early 2006, so we’ve been doing this for a while. We have to take it year by year; the program has been extended in the past, but that does not necessarily mean it will happen again. In years past, extensions have been communicated near the end of the year, so please read the full Terms and Conditions and keep an eye on these dates. Codes can be entered through November 30, 2013; points can be spent through December 31, 2013.

How do I know how many points I have?
There are a number of ways to check your balance. First, once you’re logged in to mycokerewards.com, you can find your point balance in the upper right corner of the navigation bar, on the My Account homepage or in the Points Tracker (which shows your progress towards the 120-point weekly limit). Second, you can check your point balance using My Coke Rewards Mobile. My Coke Rewards Mobile utilizes mobile web and requires a data plan with your carrier. Just go to www.mycokerewards.com on your web enabled phone to get started. Third, you can check your point balance via text message. Message and data charges may apply. Link your phone to your My Coke Rewards account by going to My Account and updating your Communication Preferences. Once your account is linked, text “BAL” to SMS short code 2653 and we’ll send you a text message with your balance. Fourth, you can sign up for Email or Mobile alerts (max 5 per month) and receive them in your inbox. Talk about convenient!
My Coke Rewards points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering a code or spending points. Want to keep your points? It’s easy. Simply enjoy a participating Coca-Cola product and enter a code before they expire. Or spend points. Points can be spent on a Reward, Sweepstakes, Instant Win or to Support a Good Cause. You’ll receive email messages notifying you that your points are close to expiring but check your Account History to see when you last entered a code to be sure. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There’s a weekly limit of 120 points. That point total does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Point Tracker drop-down under your point total in the upper right hand corner of the website. Once you’ve hit your weekly limit, come back next week and enter more codes!
What are Bonus Points? How do they work?
Bonus Points are our way of saying thanks to our members. It's very important to read the details about each bonus program since they can work differently. These programs typically award Bonus Points in one of the following ways:

Can I get points for referring friends?
Thanks for asking. When you refer a friend and they sign up for My Coke Rewards and earn 50 points, you'll automatically receive 10 bonus points. It’s our way of saying thanks. The codes they enter must be from a purchased product – promotional codes do not count towards the 50 required points. If your friend is already participating, you can compare notes about the rewards you want...but you won't be eligible to receive points for referring them. Once you refer a friend, your friend has 14 days to register for a My Coke Rewards account and 90 days to earn those 50 points, so maybe you could buy them a Coke. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, you may only refer a person with whom you have an existing relationship.

You can check the status of your rewards any time. Log in to mycokerewards.com and choose "My Account." Your reward status will be displayed in the "Where's My...?" box. Once the status shows "Fulfilled," your reward has been packaged and ready to ship!
I ordered a Reward, but still haven’t received it. Who do I talk to?
Most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time.

What are My Coke Rewards Sweepstakes?
With just a few points, you could win big. Enter for a chance to win a sweepstakes by spending a small amount of points, usually 3 to 6. There are a variety of sweepstakes to choose from, so keep checking back. You can use up to 100 entries per day. The odds depend on how many other entries are made, so we can’t really figure that out until the contest is closed and all the entries are in. We’ve always got a bunch of sweepstakes going on, so please see what’s there and make sure you read the Terms and Conditions for the sweepstakes before you spend your points.

How many Sweepstakes can I enter in a day?
As long as you have the points to spend, you can enter up to 50 times per day. You can use all 50 entries for one sweepstakes or spread your 50 entries across different sweepstakes.
What happens when a Sweepstakes ends?
Once the entry period for a sweepstakes ends, the administrator collects the entries and selects a potential winner. Once the winner provides the necessary information and is verified, the prize(s) will be awarded. To learn more, be sure to check out the rules, entry and drawing dates and other details.

How does the 20 Millionth Member Celebration work?
• Sign in to My Coke Rewards.
• Enter any participating fridge pack product code. For every one (1) eligible code, you will get your MCR points and earn (1) one complimentary entry into our set of featured sweepstakes.
• After code entry, redeem your complimentary sweeps play by selecting the 20 Millionth Member Celebration special offer and click “View Collection”.
• Select and enter a featured sweepstakes from the game board. Your board will be saved in your account history. Each member is allowed to earn up to 20 complimentary sweepstakes entries.

To protect your privacy, you will need to enter a security code listed below the email entry box. From this point forward, you will be able to sign in with your new email address.
How can I manage my email preferences?
The My Coke Rewards website will offer you the opportunity to subscribe to email notices from Coca-Cola and some of our partners during the registration process and at various other times. If you wish to be removed from a list later, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. Please note that we may send certain account or program management information (point-expiration notices, Reward/prize confirmation emails, etc.) to all users regardless of subscription preferences, because there are some things that you just have to know!
I don't remember my password – how do I get it sent to me?
For security reasons, we won’t send you your password via email, but click on the Forgot Password link, enter your email address and we will send you an email containing a secure link where you can enter and confirm a new password. Please be sure that the email with which you registered is valid and active. If you do not receive an email from us, check that you entered your email address correctly and that the email wasn’t sent to your Junk Mail folder.
What does it mean that my email address has been recognized by another Coca-Cola Company website?
This means you have another account set up with that email address, at another Coca-Cola Company website, such as mycoke.com. If you can’t remember your password, just click Forgot Password and follow the instructions. You will have to have access to you email account to register.
You can sign into My Coke Rewards with your Facebook User ID and Password (one less password to remember). Click on the Facebook Connect logo and follow the instructions to connect your accounts.
I disabled Facebook Connect – what now?
It’s easy to reconnect your accounts. Click on the Facebook logo and follow the instructions. If you removed your Facebook data from all Coca-Cola sites, you will need to go back and reconnect each site.

Many site display issues are resolved by clearing your browser’s history (also called your browser’s cache). Sometimes, old data is stored there that conflicts with new data, thus causing inconsistencies. We’ve worked hard to prevent these issues but it can happen. Help put your school in play and make great things happen. Talk to your school principal, parent-teacher, group leader or faculty member and ask them to appoint a School Coordinator for your school – or even volunteer to be one. The School Coordinator is responsible for managing the school's account, encouraging community point donations, and redeeming rewards for the school. If you are authorized to be a School Coordinator, get your school registered today.
What should I do if I want to register my school and it is not listed?
Only accredited K-12 schools in the U.S. are eligible to join. Make sure you have looked under the correct zip code or city for your school. If you are still unable to find your school and believe that it should be eligible to participate, please contact us and provide the exact name and address of your school. We will verify the school information and request that your school be added to the database. Our database is updated quarterly, so in some cases it could take up to 90 days to add a new school.
Can I enter codes with my Mobile Phone?
Of course you can. You can either use the My Coke Rewards Mobile Site with your smartphone. Or you can text in your codes on-the-go by linking your phone to your account. Then simply text a My Coke Rewards code to 2653 for adding points to your account.

How do I link my mobile phone to my account?
Make sure your phone is with you and on, and make sure that you can receive text messages. From the My Account page, go down to the Communication Preferences section where it says “Mobile Phone #.” If it says “Not Enrolled,” click on “Edit” and type in your mobile number. Note: You will not be able to opt in for mobile messages until you have completed the process, so ignore that for now. We will send you a text message, and you just need to reply to that with the message “LINK.” That’s it. Now your phone is linked and any codes entered by SMS will automatically be credited to your account, just like magic. If you decide to unlink that phone or link a different number (only one phone number can be linked at a time), go back to the Communication Preferences and take care of business.
